No Strong Evidence Found To Pin Alleged Illegal Heavy Mineral Mining On VV Mineral Vaikundarajan

VV MineralVV Minerals Vaikundarajan has been cleared of all blame not in one but two different probes. Both carried out by governmental organizations as directed by the Central Government. Yet, the two-decades-old company VV Minerals India continues to be affected by it through law and media alike.

VV Mineral Vaikundarajan was relieved when his brain child VV Mineral Mining was given a clean chit in not one but two probes conducted by governmental organisations.

The probes were requested and directed by the Central Government at the break out of an alleged illegal heavy mineral mining scam as claimed by local Tuticorin collector.

The Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) as well as the Indian Rare Earths Limited (IREL) has looked into the matter and confirmed that there is now means through which VV Mineral Vaikundarajan could indulge in illegal heavy mineral mining.

The illegal beach sand mining has now been made a separate issue and is being used against the company. However VV Mineral Vaikundarajan has issued a statement which defines how and why their suspicions of being framed by their rivals are true and real.

In addition to the probes conducted by DAE and IREL the other two organizations that has also cleared the operations at VV Mineral Mining are the Department of Geology and Mining along with the Indian Bureau of Mines.

The inspection report submitted by these agencies is available with a respectable publication house and clearly states “During the joint inspection no illicit mining was observed in the adjacent areas of mining leases, which were certified by the respective village administrative officers and surveyors.”

Thus, now VV Mineral Vaikundarajan are now patiently waiting for their case to see the light of day and receive an acquittal from the baseless charges that have been the work of their mining industry rivals.
